Anna Maria D'Ortenzio
Founder, Director, Co-Choreographer
Anna Maria D’Ortenzio (she/her) is a Chicago-based director, vocalist, and writer dedicated to storytelling that blends imagination, authenticity, and innovation. As a director, she has led over a dozen productions, including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Carrie: The Musical, and the Chicago world premiere of the award-winning original musical Turing at The Greenhouse Theater. Most recently, she made her professional directing debut at The Towle Theater with POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumb*ss Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive. A classically trained soprano with over fourteen years of bel canto study, Anna Maria’s performance credits include “Alice Murphy” (Bright Star), “Audrey” (Little Shop of Horrors), and “Jo” (Little Women). She also maintains a private voice and acting studio for many students, focusing on audition preparation, vocal technique, and sustainable artistry. Anna Maria earned her BFA in Theatre Arts with a minor in Operatic Vocal Performance from The Theatre School at DePaul University and is currently pursuing her MA in Arts Administration from SUU, as well as a concurrent MM in Operatic Voice Performance from Roosevelt University.

Dominic Rincker
Founder, Music Director, Co-Choreographer
Dominic Rincker (he/him) is a music director, educator, and producer committed to helping performers of all ages grow independence and confidence as singers. He has music directed several productions including Carrie: The Musical, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Spring Awakening, and High School Musical 2 Jr. Dominic has taught Choir, Music Production Technology, and General Music to grades K-12 as a student teacher at William Howard Taft High School and Jahn Fine Arts Performing Elementary School in the Chicago Public School District. A trained vocalist with seven years of private study, Dominic has appeared in several stage productions, most recently performing the role of "Alan Turing, age 40" in the original musical TURING. Dominic holds a BM in Music Education from DePaul University and an Illinois Professional Educator License. He strives to build theatre experiences where every student feels valued, supported, and excited to make art.

Alena Santoyo
Activity Director, Assistant Director/Choreographer
Originally from Austin, Texas, Alena (she/her) is a recent graduate from The Theatre School at DePaul University, receiving a BFA in theatre arts with a concentration in Theatre For Young Audiences and a minor in Film Studies. She has experience working on productions and in youth programs at The Theatre School, Free Street Theatre, Sub Rosa Theatre Collective, Raven Theatre, and Creative Root since her move to Chicago. Alena is a teaching artist, director, and stage manager who creates theatre to bridge the gap between communities and foster connections in spaces with people of all ages. She hopes to reveal the power of theatre to as many people as possible and keep the liveliness of the art form alive by extending it to young minds.

Isabella Bradley
Stage Manager
Isabella Bradley is a theater maker from Cleveland Heights, OH and is very excited to be Stage Managing with Redline Theater. Isabella is currently a fourth year student at DePaul University studying to receive her BFA in Theater Arts and her minor in Early Childhood Education. Her recent credits include: Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed: The Underground Rock Experience at the Theater School at DePaul (Assistant Director), Parched(2)O with Free Street Theater (Stage Manager), Lottery Day at the Theater School at DePaul (Assistant Director), her original work Oh! The Horror at the Theater School (Director), and Is God Is at The Theater School (Assistant Director). Isabella has always had a passion for working in youth theater and she is excited to continue this work with Redline.
